As always!!! I LOve These original style Grey''s Anatomy Pants. I am 5''7", and love the longer lenth. I always get Small Tall, which works great for me, even though I am like 40" in my hip area. There is a bit of stretch, so, if you are mostly long and lean, yet a little hippy, and you ususally get mediums, take a chance! Try the small tall, and squish yourself in there and see what you think. For me, it looks like these pants were made for me! Great Fit!, nice and slim, and I wouldn''t wear anything else!

Being 5''10 it''s always quite a search to find long/tall pants; however, these are wonderful! They are true to their length & just like the Grey''s Anatomy tops, they are oh so comfy! I WILL be buying more.

Love these pants. I own several pair because they are so comfortable and have a nice drape to them. I am 5'8" so I need the tall length and these are just the right length for me. These pants have a soft feel to them and are roomy in the hips and thigh area. Definitely recommend.

Love these pants, very comfy. I will be getting more except I am 5'7 and very long legs so i thought I needed Tall and I did not, regular length plenty, and they run a tad big. I got a medium but thinking small fine and I am a solid 6-8 most days. I had washed so can't return but love love love them!! And the color is pretty, lots of compliments.

Love Grey's Anatomy! The pants are ALMOST long enough. Even though it says "tall" I wish it was just a bit longer. I'm 6 ft tall, so an extra inch would be nice. The fabric is so soft, and looks nice.

This 4232T TALL contemporary style pant features a drawstring closure with elastic back and 5 pockets: 2 back pockets, 2 front pockets and 1 coin pocket. This Junior fit pant sits at the waist and features a slight flare leg with ankle slits. Tagless inside label and woven label on back pocket.
