RETURN POLICY

Items in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery when accompanied by your original invoice. Items that have been washed, worn or embroidered cannot be returned. Due to high seasonal demand and limited quantities, all holiday prints must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

You will receive a full refund for the cost of the product based on your original payment method (i.e., check or credit card). Original or return postage is not refundable. If you have placed your order with a credit card, please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you paid by check, your refund check will be sent to you via first-class mail. Please note: if you have a backordered item(s), the refund check will be issued as soon as your order has been completely shipped.

Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7 - 10 business days for us to receive your return. Upon receiving the item(s), we process all returns within 7 days.

Return or exchange merchandise bought through the Uniform Advantage Catalog or UniformAdvantage.com may only be returned to the address listed below.


How to return or exchange

Fill out the return/exchange form on the back side of your invoice.

If you do not have the original invoice, click here for a printable return and exchange form. Remember to include your name, address, email address, phone number and order number on this form. If you do not have the original order number, you can click here to view your order history information.

Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund or make an exchange for another size, color or item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion of the form.

U.S. Returns or Exchanges

No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred when an exchange is processed for the same dollar amount as the return value.

If exchange dollar amount exceeds returned dollar amount, please use the following shipping chart.

How to Ship your U.S. Return/Exchange

Option A: Return Label - Enclosed in your package or Available online, $8.99 charge applies.

Send your return/exchange merchandise back to Uniform Advantage via the Return Label that is included in your package. If you no longer have the enclosed Return Label in your package, you may download a new Return Label below.

Quickly and conveniently send your package back using the Return Label.

Step 1: Use the return label provided in your package. If you no longer have the enclosed Return Label in your package, you may download a new Return Label below.

Step 2: Cover or remove the original shipping label and affix the pre-addressed return label to your package.

Step 3: Package the return and seal securely with tape.

Step 4: Your return package can be dropped in a mailbox, taken to the U.S. Post Office or given to any U.S. mail carrier. No postage is required.

  • The $8.99 cost for using the Return Label will be deducted from the amount of the credit you receive for your refund or exchange, for 1 to 5 items. If you have more than 5 items, please see Option B.
  • If additional payment is required, please include a check or credit card information with your return/exchange items.
  • The Return Label cannot be used for more than 5 items or for shipments outside the U.S.
Option B: Send Via Insured Mail - Carrier of your choice.

Step 1: Cover or remove the original shipping label and affix the return label provided on your invoice.

Step 2: Package the return and seal securely with tape.

Step 3: Please return items prepaid and insured through the carrier of your choice to the address below.

Send your return/exchange merchandise back to Uniform Advantage via the U.S.P.S Easy Return Label or UPS Easy Return Label.

Step 1: Cover or remove the original shipping label and affix the pre-addressed return label to your package.

Step 2: Package the return and seal securely with tape.

Step 3: Give the package to the appropriate mail carrier of choice:

U.S.P.S Return Label: U.S. mail carrier, drop it in the mailbox, or take it to the U.S. Post Office. No postage is required.

UPS - ARS Return Label: Your return package can be given to any UPS service provider, dropped off at any UPS Drop Box or dropped off at any location that accepts UPS packages for shipment. You can also arrange to have returns packages picked up by contacting a UPS Office.

  • The $8.99 cost for using one of our Return Label options will be deducted from the amount of the credit you receive for your refund or exchange, for 1 to 5 items. If you have more than 5 items, please see Option B.
  • If additional payment is required, please include a check or credit card information with your return/exchange items.
