1. How does the embroidery process work on scrubs?

Uniform Advantage allows you to customize your scrubs with a variety of embroidery options. Find a customizable item and select your desired embroidery option to customize your scrubs before adding to cart. You can customize the text, logo design, and placement of the embroidery. The embroidery process takes approximately 4 to 5 Days.

2. What customization options are available for embroidered scrubs?

Text, stock design, custom logo, and flags are all customization options for embroidery.

3. Can I choose the font and thread color for my embroidered scrubs?

Yes, you can choose the font and thread color from our wide selection of available font and thread color options.

4. Is there a limit to the number of characters or words that can be embroidered on the scrubs?

You can add up to three lines of text that can be embroidered on the scrubs. For the best embroidery results, there is a limit of 24 characters per line.

5. Can I have my logo or specific design embroidered on the scrubs?

Yes, you can. Here's how:

• Upload your own design file. Uploaded logos must be original artwork and not photos taken of the logos. Please be sure it is saved as one of the following extensions: JPG, BMP or TIF.
• A digitized fee will be charged to your initial order. This fee will be credited back if your logo is under 10,000 stitches and your merchandise subtotal is greater than $499.
• Approval & processing time: Digitizing and processing a sample of your custom logo will take approximately 5 business days for an emailed sample and 10 business days for a mailed sample.

6. How long does it usually take to get custom or embroidered scrubs?

Processing takes approximately 4 to 5 Days to embroider your scrubs.

7. Are there any additional costs for embroidery or customization?

Yes, embroidery costs vary depending on the customization options you select. Uniform Advantage has a variety of embroidery options, starting as low as $5.99.

8. Can I choose the placement of the embroidery on the scrubs?

Yes, you can choose the placement of the embroidery on the chest (left or right side) and/or the shoulder sleeves (left or right side).

9. Are the embroidered designs durable and able to withstand regular washing and wearing?

Yes, the embroidered designs are durable and able to withstand regular washing and wearing.

10. Are there any special care instructions for maintaining the quality of embroidered or custom scrubs?

Our embroidered scrubs do not require special care instructions.

11. Can I order embroidered scrubs in different sizes and styles for my entire team or organization?

Yes, you can order embroidered scrubs for an entire team or organization in different sizes and styles.

12. Can I return or exchange custom or embroidered scrubs if I'm not satisfied with the final product?

Embroidered scrubs are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

13. Is the digitized fee refundable if I cancel my order?

No. The digitized fee fee is non-refundable once work on your custom logo has begun. If the custom logo and/or the order is canceled after the setup process has started, the digitized fee will not be refunded.

If your order is canceled after the logo has been digitized, we will provide you with the digitized logo file, which you may use with the vendor of your choice.
