General International Shipping Information

Uniform Advantage currently offers shipping outside the U.S. through our partner Global-e.

Our website should automatically detect which country you’re in. If this doesn’t happen, you may select your shipping location manually by clicking the flag in the top right of your browser (desktop) or at the bottom of the navigation menu (mobile) on our website. When you check out, you will be redirected to Global-e’s checkout page to enter your billing and shipping details.

Global-e will calculate the order total – including all shipping costs – and display it in your local currency. Depending on the laws in your country, the total may also include applicable duties and taxes.


Shipping Fees

We ship international orders by DHL Express shipping – and the cost depends on weight and the destination country. The price to ship your order will be displayed at checkout and will include all charges.



Shipping Times

Most international orders (of in-stock, non-embroidered items) ship within 24 hours. Embroidered items require an additional 4 to 5 Days of processing time.

Once your order ships, we estimate a shipping time of 3-8 business days. This may vary, depending on the destination country. International orders are shipped via DHL Express.




Duties and Taxes

How duties and taxes appear on your order summary will depend on the destination of your order.

For some countries, duties and taxes are included in the price of the merchandise – you don’t pay for them separately. You will not see a separate line for duties and taxes at checkout, and you will not be asked to pay extra upon delivery.

For other countries, duties and taxes are a separate line in your order summary. Again, these charges will be paid when you place your order. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Finally, a few countries have the option to prepay duties and taxes at checkout or upon delivery.

  • Some Products have limitations on where their products may be shipped. These restrictions are out of our control. This includes: (1) Stethoscopes, New Balance, Dickies, medical equipment, watches, glasses, blades, and jewelry merchandise may not be shipped outside of the United States. (2) Tooniforms merchandise cannot be shipped to South America. (3) Footwear made in China cannot be shipped to Mexico.
