Nurses Week is an annual celebration that takes place from May 6th to May 12th, with May 12th being the birthday of Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing. This week is dedicated to honoring the contributions and dedication of nurses to the healthcare industry. It is a time to recognize the hard work and sacrifices that nurses make in order to provide quality care to patients. During this week, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities all over the world hold special events, workshops, and programs to celebrate and appreciate the invaluable work of nurses. It is a time to reflect on the importance of nursing as a profession and the impact that nurses have on the lives of millions of people around the world.
