UA Scrub Swap FAQs

Our UA Scrub Swap program allows you to send in your old scrubs and receive $25 off your next order of $100 or more. It’s an easy way to refresh your workwear while giving your old scrubs a second life.

Step 1: Visit our UA Scrub Swap page, click 'Swap Now,' complete the form on our partner’s secure portal.

Step 2: Print your prepaid shipping label, and drop off your scrubs at your nearest USPS location within 30 days.

Step 3: Once your shipment is scanned by the carrier, a UA Scrub Swap eGift Card for $25 OFF your next order of $100+ will be issued via email.

You may send in scrubs from any brand. Items must be clean and free from contaminants. We do not accept undergarments, heavily soiled items, or biohazard-contaminated garments.

Scrubs should be clean and wearable. Well-worn scrubs is acceptable, but items must not be contaminated or unsafe to handle. Rips, tears, stains, we’ll take them all!

Currently, the UA Scrub Swap program is currently available only to customers located in the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). Items must be shipped using the provided prepaid shipping label.

No. The UA Scrub Swap program is currently available online only. Our in store trade in program is separate and has different rules and rewards. Please visit your local store for details on the in store program.

Customers receive $25 off a $100+ purchase.

Yes. The UA Scrub Swap eGift Card requires a minium merchandise net order value over $100 after all promotions and discounts have been applied and does not include tax or shipping.

Yes. UA Scrub Swap eGift Cards expire 90 days after issuance.

Yes. Each UA Scrub Swap eGift Card may be used once.

Yes, multiple eGift Cards can be applied to a single order. Scrub Swap eGift Cards can also be used alongside other promotions or offers, unless otherwise stated.

The UA Scrub Swap eGift Card may be used according to the promotional terms listed at checkout. Standard exclusions apply.

There may be limits on the number of items per shipment. Details will be outlined during the UA Scrub Swap process.

Customers receive a FREE prepaid shipping label during the UA Scrub Swap process.

No. Each shipping label is valid for a single shipment only. Please ensure a new label is generated for each shipment. Shipments sent with reused labels will not qualify for a reward code.

If you experience a shipping issue, please visit our UA Scrub Swap partner page and click the Contact option at the bottom of the page to reach customer service.

Ineligible items will not qualify for a reward and cannot be returned.

Items are visually reviewed upon receipt to confirm eligibility.

Once you start the UA Scrub Swap process and download your shipping label, you have 30 days to ship your scrubs.

Please note that each shipping label is valid for one shipment only, and each shipment qualifies for one UA Scrub Swap eGift Card.

If your 30 day shipping window expires, the prepaid shipping label will no longer be valid and the recycling request will be cancelled. You can simply start a new Scrub Swap request to generate a new label and continue participating in the program.

Once items are shipped to SuperCircle, they CANNOT be returned due to the recycling process. This process involves sorting and determining the most sustainable outcomes for the items, such as recycling, donation, in support of our goal to reduce textile waste responsibly. Carefully check your shipment before you drop it off!

UA Scrub Swap eGift Cards are typically issued within 24 hours after your package is dropped off and scanned by the carrier, but please allow up to 1–2 business days for processing.

No, UA Scrub Swap eGift Cards are not automatically stored in your UA account. Your UA Scrub Swap eGift Card will be sent to the email address used during your Scrub Swap submission.

You can also access your reward anytime in your SuperCircle account by clicking the Rewards button in the top right corner.

First, check your spam or junk folder. If the email is not there, you can also find your UA Scrub Swap eGift Card in your SuperCircle account under the Rewards section (top right corner). If you are still having trouble, visit the UA Scrub Swap partner page and click the Contact option at the bottom of the page for customer support.

Yes. The UA Scrub Swap process is separate from checkout.

Yes. Returns follow our standard return policy. If you return an item purchased using a UA Scrub Swap eGift Card, the value of the UA Scrub Swap eGift Card will be deducted from your refund.

SuperCircle is the recycling partner that helps power the UA Scrub Swap program. They manage the collection and recycling of returned scrubs to help keep textiles out of landfills.

Head to the center of the homepage and you’ll see a login portal to connect your account. You’ll need to login to start a recycling shipment, track your progress, and get your UA Scrub Swap eGift Card. Already have a Uniform Advantage account? You’ll still need to create a SuperCircle to participate in the trade in program. If you need help logging in, please reach out to customer support at support@supercircle.world.

Under the login portal, you’ll see a Forgot Password link. Click that link to receive a password reset email.

Scrubs returned through the UA Scrub Swap program are processed by our recycling partner, SuperCircle. Depending on the material, some scrubs may be fiber to fiber recycled and turned into new garments. Items that cannot be recycled this way may be repurposed through upcycling or downcycling applications such as insulation, furniture batting, rubber mats, or construction materials.

Uniform Advantage partners with SuperCircle to help recycle returned scrubs and keep textiles out of landfills through responsible recycling processes.

We reserve the right to cancel rewards or restrict participation if misuse is detected.

Yes. UA Scrub Swap terms are subject to change. Uniform Advantage reserve the right to modify or discontinue the UA Scrub Swap program at any time without notice.
