March is International Women’s Month, a celebration of the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women around the world. This month has been observed since 1911 and is an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the progress that has been made in advancing gender equality. International Women’s Month is an important time to celebrate the progress that has been made, but it is also a reminder of the work that still needs to be done to ensure that all women have equal rights and opportunities. This month is an opportunity to recognize the contributions that women have made, and to continue to advocate for gender equality in all aspects of life.
