Terms & Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”)

The Instant Return Credit option (“Instant Return Credit”) is Uniform Advantage’s (“Uniform Advantage”, “We”, or the “Company”) return and refund option. Instant Return Credit is not a loan. Instant Return Credit simply allows customers to select new items in exchange for previously purchased items that they are returning, prior to the previously purchased items being returned to Uniform Advantage.

Customers in the 48 contiguous U.S. states can initiate online returns, of previously purchased items, in exchange for an instant refund in the form of a Uniform Advantage e-gift card, in an amount that corresponds with the refund value of the originally purchased items (collectively referred to herein as the “UA Instant Return Credit eGift Card”). The instant credit (i.e., the UA Instant Return Credit eGift Card) can then be utilized by the customer to select online items to exchange for the return of the originally purchased item(s). Customers that utilize the Instant Return Credit will be required to return the originally purchased item(s) within fourteen (14) days of receipt of their UA Instant Return Credit eGift Card.

Eligibility

Eligibility for the Instant Return Credit is limited to customers using our easy, online returns portal that purchased the item(s) to be returned within the last forty-five (45) days and are able to mail back the purchased item(s); and that are approved by Uniform Advantage (in its sole discretion) to utilize the Instant Return Credit (each an “Eligible Customer”, collectively “Eligible Customers”). The Instant Return Credit is non-transferable and may only be used by the Eligible Customer to whom it was issued. Please note, Uniform Advantage reserves the right to refuse to offer (or to revoke) eligibility for the Instant Return Credit, in its sole discretion at any point in time.

How it Works

Instant Return Credit is initiated online, via our easy, online returns portal. To initiate an Instant Return Credit, the Eligible Customer must log in to the portal by using their order number and email address. After logging in, the Eligible Customer must select the previously purchased item(s) to be returned and reason(s) why the item is to be returned. Next, the Eligible Customer must choose “Instant Return Credit” as their refund option, from the refund option menu in the returns process.

Once “Instant Return Credit” has been selected as the refund option, and the Eligible Customer completes the refund process, the UA Instant Return Credit eGift Card will be sent to the email address on file for the Eligible Customer, via an email with the title “Here is your Uniform Advantage Instant Return Credit!” (“Instant Return Credit email”).

Please note that your UA Instant Return Credit eGift Card never expires and will be issued as a unique, secure alphanumeric code. To redeem the credit, the customer must place a new order using the same email address associated with the original return and enter the eGift Card code at checkout. Instant Return Credit cannot be redeemed using a different email address.

Eligible Customers that initiate an Instant Return Credit and receive eGift Cards via the Instant Return Credit email, must mail the originally purchased item(s) back to Uniform Advantage within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Instant Return Credit Email. New orders using instant return credit will ship out once return is scanned by carrier, so failure to return the items within the fourteen (14) days will cause the new order (using the instant return credit) to be cancelled.

UA Instant Return Credit eGift Card Details

UA Instant Return Credit eGift Cards do not expire and have no service fees. Once emailed to customers, the eGift Cards can be utilized at any point in time. The eGift Cards function as standard purchased Uniform Advantage eGift Cards and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Unless otherwise stated, eGift Cards can be used for the purchase of any online items. GIFTCARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY.

The balance of the eGift Card received via the Instant Refund Credit will have a balance equal to the refund amount of the returned item(s). The balance is estimated, at Uniform Advantage’s sole discretion, based on the purchase price of the original item(s), with deductions including, but not limited to, any discounts or coupons utilized in the original purchase, taxes, fees and other charges, expected return shipping fees, and appeasement charges. Please note, the balance calculated may be different from the purchase price of the original item(s) (as with any return process). For eGift Card balances, visit www.uniformadvantage.com.

Customers must mail the originally purchased item(s) back to Uniform Advantage within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Instant Return Credit Email. If Uniform Advantage does not receive your items within 14 days, your new order using Instant Return Credit will be cancelled. Uniform Advantage reserves the right to charge any or all of your outstanding balance to any credit card you utilized in the originally purchased item(s), as determined by Uniform Advantage in its sole discretion.

General

Your use of the Instant Return Credit constitutes your acceptance of these Instant Return Credit Terms & Conditions. You are responsible for checking for updates to the Instant Return Credit Terms & Conditions, which may be updated, amended, and revised from time to time by Uniform Advantage at its sole discretion. By using the Instant Return Credit, you represent that: (a) you are at least eighteen (18) years of age; and (b) you have read and agree to these Instant Return Credit Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use and Privacy Policies (collectively, “Terms”).

Uniform Advantage reserves the right at any time without notice, including retroactively, to expand, alter, terminate, modify, limit, continue or discontinue the Instant Return Credit or merge the Instant Return Credit, or any part of the Instant Return Credit, into another return option, or exchange option at a later date.

Instant Return Credit FAQs

How will I receive my Instant Return Credit?
Once you complete your return through our online returns portal and select Instant Return Credit, you'll receive an email right away containing your UA Instant Return Credit eGift Card, available credit balance, and a link to shop with free shipping. Be sure to use the same email address associated with your return when redeeming your credit on a new order.

Does my UA Instant Return Credit eGift card expire?
Upon completing the online return process, you must drop off your return item(s) to the carrier within 14 days. Once you’ve completed the drop-off, your Instant Return Credit is verified and will not expire.

If you do not drop off your return items within 14 days, your instant credit will be voided.

How much will the UA Instant Return Credit eGift card be for?
The balance on the eGift card will be equal to the total refund value of the return.

How do I return items after receiving Instant Return Credit?
Once your return/exchange has been initiated in the online portal, you will receive an email confirming your return details and drop-off instructions.

Take the items you’re returning and your return confirmation email to the drop-off location. They will box and label the return for you.

When do I need to send back the items after receiving Instant Return Credit?
You must send back your items within 14 days of completing your return online.

When will my new order using Instant Return Credit ship out?
New orders using instant return credit will ship out once return is scanned by carrier and must be done within 14 days after you complete your return online.

Can I return items at a store for Instant Return Credit?
No, Instant Return Credit is only available when using our online returns portal.

What happens if I do not send back my return items after receiving Instant Return Credit?
If after 14 days you have not yet sent back your returned items, the balance and the eGift card will be voided. Any orders placed using the instant return credit will be cancelled.

Can I change my mind after I’ve already processed an Instant Return Credit?
No, all Instant Return Credit is final and cannot be converted to cash or any other method of refund.
